HLC - There is a Healthy Living Centre which is managed in partnership with others. It is less of a centre and more of a network of health clubs and activities as residents are encouraged to develop a greater awareness about how they can improve their own health.

Sure Start - As with the HLC, the area has a Sure Start which is a partnership between the Forum and many others. It encourages parents of young children to acquire better parenting skills so that, quite literally, their life and succeed when they go to school.
